REGISTRATION

1Is the INVESISTE officially registered ?

Yes. INVESISTE is a registered company

2Which countries are eligible to participate in INVESISTE ?

Residents 16 years and older from all countries are eligible to join INVESISTE. In cases of suspect, we may ask for your ID and other documents to verify your identity, address and age. INVESISTE is not liable for any tax or licensing to operate or for conducting business with you in your country or locality.

3How do I register and start ?

Registering is simple and totally free!!!


You can open a new INVESISTE account by click on Register, then follow the instructions sent to your Email to complete the registration process.

4Can a member have multiple accounts in INVESISTE ?

No, each person can only create a single account, multiple accounts for an individual member is strictly prohibited in our system. We may ask for your ID and other documents to verify your identity, address, age and authenticity of your account. Violation of this rule will result in the termination of all INVESISTE services and deactivation of the account(s) with or without the notification.

5Can my family and I use same computer to register and access accounts ?

Yes, you and your family members can use the same computer for both registering and accessing accounts. However, each member will need to have their own account, as multiple accounts for a single member are strictly prohibited.

6Can more than one person use the same Internet and IP address to create new accounts ?

Yes, our system allows up to 3 new registrations from a single IP within a 24 hour period. Please wait until the 24 hours have passed to register additional accounts.

7Can I change my username ?

No, once the username is registered it can no longer be changed.

8How can I change my password ?

Login to your account and follow click [CHANGE PASSWORD] from the left menu, enter your old password and give new password and click Submit.

9I forgot my account password. What can I do ?

Use the password reset option available here.

10I forgot which e-mail address I had used for registering in the system. What can I do ?

Contact our customer support via email support. In such a case, you may need to provide as many details as possible to help verify your identity. The common method is to provide your deposit transaction details, so do not forget to send this information in the support email.

REFERRAL SYSTEM

11Does INVESISTE have a referral system ?

Yes, you are given 2% commissions instantly once your referral's deposit has been completed.

12How do I withdraw or use my referral commissions to make a new investment ?

You will first need to transfer your referral commissions to the wallet. A minimum amount of $2.50 commission is required for transfers.

DEPOSIT

1How do I make a Deposit so I can invest ?

Go to your Dashboard, click on Deposit and follow the instructions available on your screen until your deposit from your respective payment method and funds has arrived in your INVESISTE wallet.

2What is the min and max amount for deposit ?

The minimum and maximum amount vary accordingly as per your Investment Sector. These plans are not constant it changes time to time.

3Is it allowed to own more than one account ?

No, this is not permissible. We only allow one account per person.

4Can I make a direct deposit from my account balance ?

No, We only allow fresh Deposit.

5Can I make multiple deposits using different payment systems ?

Yes, you can. Keep in mind that whichever payment system you use for an investment; your withdrawals will be sent to that same respective payment system. You can keep track of your withdrawal history on the Withdrawal page, as well as in your payment system account.

PROFIT AND RETURN

6Will get my return every-day ?

INVESISTE can make profits when Forex market is open for trading.

7How much will be my total return when making an investment in INVESISTE ?

You will receive a total return of 150% of your investment. Your total return includes both your deposit (100%) + your profit (50%).

8Will I get a fixed interest rate ?

Yes, You get a fix return according to different plan you subscribe.

9How much are the returns that I can receive monthly ?

We guarantee a minimum return monthly of 3 - 5% and up to the maximum of 5%. Monthly return rates are based on the trader’s performances on various trading.

10Why are the returns on weekends just 0.25% for Forex, Commodities and Stocks ?

Since we are doing real trading which is only operational on business days, the maximum returns are not available on weekends. We manage to cover the returns on non-business days with additional funds we have collected throughout the week.

INVESTMENT

11How much will I earn when I invest ?

when you make a deposit, your account will be credited accordingly on which sector you made deposit.

12How can I invest ?

Open an account, login to your account and click "Make a Deposit". We accept Perfect Money, Skrill, Neteller and Bitcoin Currently; we are on the way of adding more payment gateway for more flexible soon.

13Is it possible to invest into more than one sector ?

Yes, simply choose the investment sector(s) that interest you. Percentages returned monthly are based on the results of the market profits gained for that sector. Investment sectors offered are Web Ads, Forex, Commodities, Stocks and crypto coins.

TRANSFER

14Can I transfer and withdraw profits/commissions from my new investments ?

Yes, you can transfer profit/commissions any time instantly to your internal wallet as soon as you have minimum transfer amount.

15I have less than the minimum transfer amount required and it’s last part of my profit. Will I be able to transfer this amount ?

As its a last part of your investment, there is no limit to transfer funds to your internal wallet.

WITHDRAW

16What are the min and max amount for withdraw ?

Minimum amount is $10 and Maximum amount is $1000.

17I have pending/missing withdrawal. What should I do ?

This rare occurrence is due to a server communication error between the servers of the payment method. Please wait up to 5-15 minutes before reporting via support ticket, choosing the appropriate ticket type. You must be report this issue in a ticket within 7 days and provide all the necessary details in your ticket and wait for a response before replying, which under normal circumstances within 24-48 hours.

PAYMENT METHOD

18Which e-currencies are accepted in INVESISTE ?

The accepted payment methods in INVESISTE are We accept Perfect Money, Skrill, Neteller and Bitcoin Currently; we are on the way of adding more payment gateway for more flexible soon. Some allow the use of credit/debit and bank cards, Paypal, and other e-currencies. To make a Deposit to begin building your investment portfolio.

19Can INVESISTE help to exchange e-currency in different payment processor ?

At this time, we do not offer this option. However, we are in process of linking with top e-currency exchangers that may be suitable to assist you in exchanges. We also may introduce our own exchanger facility in future.

20How can I add my payment method ID in my INVESISTE wallet ?

It will be added automatically when you deposit for the first time into INVESISTE wallet.

21I need to remove/change payment method accounts, How can I do that ?

Accounts that are used to do any transaction like deposit, withdraw commissions are linked with transaction record. As a result, it is not possible to remove/change in INVESISTE system due to compliance and technical issue.

REFUND AND CHARGEBACK

22Do you have refund policy ?

Yes, we do have 30-day Money Back Guarantee, with no questions asked. You can do a refund yourself by cancelling your investment and then withdraw the amount. Refunds reflect deductions of the 0% commission given to your sponsor and the withdrawal fee, with the remaining amount sent to the same account used for your deposit. This policy will be void when you withdraw your profit from any investment or transfer any funds inside INVESISTE system and this means that you have accepted to continue the program. Refunds are applicable for your first time investment only.

23Can I request a refund more than one time ?

No, refunds are offered one time only. To avoid potential fraud, refunded members have tested our system already, so additional refunds or requests for refunds are strictly prohibited.

24What is the procedure to get refund ?

Within the period of 30 days, you can cancel your investment anytime, then your investment amount will be transferred to your respective INVESISTE with applicable fees charged. From the wallet, withdraw your refund to your payment method account.
